1. Pad Layer Construction
Supports production for standard medical sheets (60×60cm, 60×90cm) and pet care pads.
Integrates non-woven topsheet, tissue paper wrap, fluff pulp core with homogeneous SAP addition, PE leak-proof backsheet, and side release adhesive edge seals.
2. Fluff Forming & SAP Dosing System
High-speed fiber defibration chamber paired with variable-frequency vacuum drum forming for high bulk and rapid liquid diversion.
Continuous gravimetric SAP dosing maintains absorption consistency and keeps unit gram-weight tolerance strictly within ±5%.
3. Embossing & Thermal Sealing Units
Heavy-duty diamond or custom waffle-pattern embossing rollers evenly lock absorbent fibers and minimize delamination during wet use.
Rotary hot-melt glue and thermal side crimping units ensure leak-free borders on all four perimeter sides.
4. Longitudinal Folding & Auto Stacker
Automated multi-folding section (C-fold, Z-fold, or half-fold) adapted to medical packaging standards.
High-speed servo-driven counting and stacking unit accurately counts piece-by-piece for easy inline cartoning or poly-bag packing.
